Vendor Specialist - eCommerce (Hybrid - Wright City, MO)
Position Summary
To maintain / build sales in Mass and Discount Retail segment by managing dotcom accounts and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Essential Job Functions
Order Management Communicate with Customers / Vendors through email, customer portals and phone.Part of a large order processing team.
Vendor customer service duties, not a call center.Research problem orders and available resolutionsMaintain Customer website portals (Walmart.
com, Amazon, Wayfair, etc.)Correct and release all orders on hold.Monitor inventory feeds for accuracy.Communicate with shipping department, Sales Representatives and Customer Relations.
Required written correspondence.
Relationship Management Develop strong cross functional relationships with the all-customer, Sales, cross-functional teams, including Inventory Management, Sales, Accounting and Operations.
Able to build constructive and effective relationships with a broad and diverse group of business partners.
Other Responsibilities
Administrative responsibilities as noted / but not limited to : ReportingHandling customer / sales rep phone callsBack up to the front desk as needed.
Qualifications
Comfort working in a fast-paced environment.Advanced Microsoft skills, including pivot tables, macros, etc.Experience in PIMS software is a plus.
Communicate clearly and concisely, both written and verbalExcellent listening and organization skillsSelf-starter who effectively manages their own priorities and activities
